PUBLIC HEARING NOTICE
The Governing Body of the City of Gypsum, Kansas, shall at its October 2026 regular meeting:
7:00 p.m., Monday, October 12, 2026
City Office, 521 Maple Street, Gypsum, Kansas
conduct a public hearing pursuant to K.S.A. 19-3605 regarding its intention to petition the Saline County Board of Commissioners that all of the City of Gypsum be made a part of and included within Saline County Rural Fire District #1 followed by consideration of a resolution directed to the Saline County Board of Commissioners requesting that all of the City of Gypsum be added to Saline County Rural Fire District #1.
